Quality Complaint
A quality complaint includes any deficiency in the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, efficacy or performance of a product, which does not allow compliance with the pre-defined qualitative characteristics.
Here are some (non-exhaustive) examples:• incorrect label• expiry date and/or batch number absent or unreadable• lack of drug inside the package• faulty closure• product of color or smell different from the norm• presence of foreign bodies.
