The processing of data is aimed to providing the medicine request, made available by Dompé through the Website.
The processing of Data takes place using manual and/or tools in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data. Prevention and protection systems are used, constantly updated and verified in terms of reliability.
The user can contact Dompé to request a product by filling the relevant contact form, entering Data such as: name, surname, email, country, specialty, requested medicine. In this case, the processing shall be lawful on the basis of the user's express consent, according to art. 6.1(a) of the GDPR, which is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
The provision and the processing of the Data for the purposes mentioned above will be of mandatory nature; therefore should you fail to fill the items listed above, Dompé shall not be able to follow-up your requests.
Dompé, as Data Controller, shall transfer Data to third parties to comply with the purposes under this privacy policy. In particular, Dompé shall be entitled to transfer Data to third parties business partners of Dompé, appointed by the latter as data processors (art. 28 GDPR), to further proceed with your requests.
The data processed through the Website may be transferred to Member State of the European Union and to extra EU Countries. In the event that such entities are located outside the European Union, for the purposes of the abovementioned processing, the personal data will be processed in accordance with articles 44 and subsequent of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Personal data processed as a result of communication through contact form, will be processed for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes indicated or required by law.
Articles 15 and subsequent of EU Regulation 2016/679 grant to individuals a number of rights which should be carefully evaluated. Among these are, for example, the right to (at any time) access their personal information, verify their contents, source and accuracy and ask them to be integrated, updated, changed, deleted, blocked in case of a law infringement. Also, the individuals have the right to request the data processing, portability, cancellation and transformation into anonymous form to be restricted or the processed data to be blocked in the event of a law infringement and the right to oppose in any case to the processing of such data, for legitimate reasons.
You can also issue a complaint with the supervisory authority in the event of infringements of the personal data protection regulations. To exercise such rights, you can reach out to the Data Controller and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at any time.
