With more than 25 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, Shannon brings deep expertise in global commercial strategy and operational excellence. She has led high-performing teams across multiple therapeutic areas, most recently in rare diseases, delivering results for patients and organizations through end-to-end commercialization, market access, global product launches, and P&L management. Prior to joining Dompé, Shannon held roles at Pfizer and senior positions at Amgen, where she served as Vice President and Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand and played a key role in integrating strategic acquisitions. She is passionate about advancing innovative medicines for unmet medical needs and believes in the power of global collaboration to accelerate scientific progress. Shannon holds a Biology degree from the University of North Florida and completed post-baccalaureate studies in chemistry at Duquesne University.
