Marco Radice
Marco joined Dompé in 2024. In his role he is accountable for further strengthening the EU Compliance Program and to support Headquarter functions through continuous improvement of the program elements, notably risk management, controls and policies while ensuring smooth and agile processes execution. Marco comes to Dompé with a comprehensive experience and knowledge within the EMEA health-care compliance environment with experiences in R&D and Manufacturing. Prior to joining Dompé, Marco held several positions in both medical and marketing, focusing in health-care compliance since 2005. He had a long tenure in Genzyme followed by AstraZeneca, Teva and more recently Biogen, where he covered different roles with a steady increase in responsibilities and remit. He was leading different programs, amongst them Global Compliance support to Social Media and Digital Healthcare initiatives. Marco is a great believer in teamwork and well being in the workplace. He has been part of DE&I working groups in previous Companies and he is a voluntary indoor volleyball referee in a local sport association. He loves spending time with family and friends, and he is passionate about skiing and indoor volleyball.
