Every June, the Dompé offices in Milan, L'Aquila, Naples, and Tirana welcome employees' kids. It's a time for parents to connect with their little ones and offer them a peek into their working world. We see this as an opportunity for kids to embark on an educational journey as we explore different themes each year.

This year, we focused on diversity and inclusion. At Dompé, DEI isn't just a catchphrase; it carries messages that even the youngest minds can grasp.

Throughout the day, we dedicated ourselves to explaining to the children how to embrace differences.

Guided by this purpose, we thoughtfully handpicked our partnerships for this year. We were happy to partner with Mensa Fuoricontesto, an inspiring project in the province of Varese in northern Italy, dedicated to promoting job placement for boys and girls with Down Syndrome.
