On the occasion of the first National Made in Italy Day, promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy on the anniversary of the birth of Leonardo da Vinci and dedicated to the promotion of Italian creativity and excellence, the Leonardo Committee awarded five prizes.
The ceremony took place at Palazzo Giustiniani, in the presence of the President of the Senate, Hon. Ignazio La Russa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, and the Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso. The President of the Comitato Leonardo, Sergio Dompé, in office since late 2023, awarded the prizes accompanied by the Vice President of Confindustria, Barbara Beltrame Giacomello.
The five prizes were awarded to two undisputed protagonists of national and international entrepreneurship and to three innovative entrepreneurial realities led by young people who have contributed to affirming Italian excellence in various sectors, from technology to aerospace to social enterprise.
