www.dompe.com awarded with a “Pharmaceuticals Standard of Excellence” at 2014 WebAward

Further confirmation for Dompé from the other side of the Atlantic: the www.dompe.com awarded with a “Pharmaceuticals Standard of Excellence” at 2014 WebAward

  • Now in its 18th year, WebAward competion, organised by the Web Marketing Association, is the longest-running and most accredited global website competition that covers 96 different industries;
  • More than 1,500 projects from 40 countries throughout the world were examined by a panel of information technology, digital creativity, communication and advertising experts;
  • After the Italian Interactive Key Award and the American Web Health Award, this is third prize that the Dompé corporate website has received for its innovative design, its combination of functionality and creativity and the the constant updating of its contents.

Milan, 26 September 2014. The latest recognition obtained by the corporate website of the biopharmaceutical company Dompé comes from the world of information technology and web design, in the form of a WebAward “Pharmaceuticals Standard of Excellence”.

Now in its 18th year, the WebAward competition is organised by the Web Marketing Association of experts in internet marketing, advertising, PR and web design. It is the oldest and most accredited global website competition for companies operating in 96 different industries, as well as the most important competition for website developers and communication experts.

Together with 1,500 other projects from 40 countries throughout the world, the Dompé Group’s corporate website was examined by a panel of professionals who allocated points on the basis of seven criteria: Design, Innovation, Content, Technology, Interactivity, Copywriting, and Ease of use. The website score was above the average in the Pharmaceuticals category, and the site was enthusiastically greeted by panel members who commented on its innovative content and graphics: “Great animation!” e “Modern, simple and easy to use”.

After the Interactive Key Award as the best corporate in Italy and a Web Health Award, this latest recognition arrives just as the Dompé website is celebrating its first six months on line in its new form, which was created in collaboration with Saatchi & Saatchi and developed by Razorfish Healthware.

Created with the aim of bringing users closer to a Group that is increasingly dedicated to R&D and well on the way to internationalisation, the new version of the website has been praised for its innovative design, its combination of functionality and creativity, and the constant updating of its content concerning Group’s commitment to areas of healthcare such as the treatment of orphan diseases.
