2014 Web Health Award for Dompé: www.dompe.com selected as a winner in the “Best Health Website” category

Milan, 20th June 2014. The latest award for the corporate website of the Italian biopharmaceutical company Dompé comes from across the ocean: www.dompe.com was the only Italian winner at the Web Health Awards, one of the main American competition in the field of digital health resources, promoted by the Health Information Resource Center – a 20-year old clearinghouse for professionals who work in consumer health fields.

The website was awarded with a Bronze Award in the “Best Health Website” category. The winning entry was chosen from nearly 500 entries from all over the world - especially from the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom - judged by a panel of distinguished experts in digital health media.

The revamped website - which was created in collaboration with Saatchi & Saatchi and developed by Razorfish Healthware - has been online since the beginning of 2014 with the aim of bringing users closer to a Group that has increasingly dedicated itself to R&D, and was rewarded because of its distinctive mix of information and characterisation. Designed for an international audience, the website distinguishing features are an easy-to-use navigation, a latest-generation web technology, and the wealth of images and scientific content concerning the Group’s commitment in developing innovative therapeutic solutions of rare and orphan diseases.
