Dompé wins the 15th Interactive Key Award:
www.dompe.com awarded as best corporate website of the year

  • The website of the biopharmaceutical group received the acknowledgement in the “corporate website” category.
  • A jury composed by 42 technical experts assessed the 212 projects presented.
  • Easy navigation, high-level technology, innovative graphics, and the accessibility of its contents and news among the reasons of the award.

Milan, 22 May 2014. Innovation in digital communication and creativity. These are the characteristics that led to Dompé, the biopharmaceutical company, being given the 15th Interactive Key Award (IKA) as best corporate website. The award, promoted by Media Key, is dedicated to the world of the web and interactive communication.

The revamped www.dompe.com website, was assessed by a jury composed by technical experts, journalists, semiologists, psychologists and academics. Aim of the IKA is to stimulate and improve technical and aesthetic quality and effectiveness of web communications in the Italian panorama.

The corporate website – which was created in collaboration with Saatchi & Saatchi, and developed by Razorfish Healthware as a means of bringing users closer to the group and its strong commitment in Research & Development – was particularly appreciated for its attractive, latest-generation graphical layout, which displays highly accessibility and easy-to-use features, together with full screen images and accurate scientific contents, faithfully reflecting the commitment in the treatment of rare and orphan diseases.

“We are particularly proud to receive this year’s Interactive Key Award for corporate websites, considering that the healthcare scenario is generally seen as less pioneering in the field of web communications. We are in fact aware that generating innovation lies not only on the scientific activities, but also on the dialogue with our stakeholders, in order to offer accurate information” explained Eugenio Aringhieri, CEO of the Dompé Group. “Our aim was to create a website reflecting the evolution of the company through an innovative way of communicating, in line with the particular and characteristic strategic approach of the Dompé Group. A hub designed to bring our activities into an international dimension”.

Videos, three-dimensional images, distinguishing features and constant updates on the group and its R&D activities are the factors that led the www.dompe.com website being recognised as best corporate website of the year.
