Dompé is looking for an Office Coordinator.

Purpose of the role:

Our growing biotech US business unit located in San Bruno, CA is looking for an office coordinator who can help us create a productive work environment.
The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. If you are a deadline-driven professional with a strong work ethic and a background in office administration, we want to hear from you.

Main areas of responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage Senior Leaderships’ schedules and expenses
  • Support external recruitment efforts for the US including coordination of candidate logistics
  • Plan and manage the schedule for all company conference and meetings including preparing agendas
  • Supporting the director of HR and assist with employee benefits
  • Maintain all the daily operations of the office
  • Handle the accounting requirements of the office including the internal process of purchase orders and contracts
  • Track office expenditure and managing the budget
  • Interacting with departments based in headquarters in order to ensure rapid and correct application of procedure and compliance, communication pathways and solutions for problems

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in office administration/project management in start-ups;
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, PPT;
  • Proficient in use of SAP to input purchase orders;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
