Carmen Di Marino, Chief Legal Officer, joined Dompé in 2013 in order to support the group’s development strategy in international markets. This requires closely following the legislation and regulations in the different countries, international contract, and regulatory developments in the industry.
She was previously a Senior Associate at Paul Hastings (Europe) LPP in Milan, where she specialised in company law (particularly extraordinary operations) and also worked on secondment at the New York office of the same firm in 2011-2012. Before that, she was an Associate at Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia and Associates in Milan, after having spent two years at Grasso and Associates in Naples.
She graduated in Jurisprudence from the Federico II University in Naples, and then pursued the following post-graduate studies: a Master in the Law of New Technologies and Juridical Computer Science, a specialised course in Community Law, and a Master in the Law and Economics of Financial Markets.
